He has strong communication skills that have allowed him to deal effectively and build relationships with senior executives. He has built a culture of having a controlled sense of urgency that has enabled him to provide a world class customer experience; the ability to be fully collaborative with delivery partners and clients has allowed him to build teams that take full accountability to the customer while developing leaders who hold partners and operational units responsible to deliver and exceed on customer expectations.
